To make things simple, we've put together a list of potential fees you might
encounter as an applicant or resident. This way, you’ll have a clear picture of any
extra costs, both upfront and monthly, on top of your base rent.

ONE-TIME MOVE IN FEES
Application Fee: $50 Per person 18 years of age or older
Admin Fee: $250 Per home
Application Approval Fee: Starting at $500 Per home & Based on qualifications

Trash Service: Based off of usage Monthly
Valet Trash Services: $25 Monthly
Water: Based off of usage Monthly
Sewer: Based off of usage Monthly
Electricity: Based off of usage Monthly
Rent Plus Credit Building: Starting at $8.95 Monthly
OTHER FEES
One-time fee(s): $400 per pet Due at Move In
Pet Rent: $40 Monthly / per pet
